How long does delivery take?
To maintain maximum freshness, we ship via temperature-controlled logistics. Orders typically arrive within 24–48 hours of dispatch, depending on your location.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes, sustainability is core to our mission. Our insulation is biodegradable, and our boxes and plastic containers are 100% recyclable.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can manage your delivery schedule through your account dashboard. Changes must be made at least 72 hours before your next scheduled delivery.

What is your return policy for perishable goods?
